“We had a refrigerator leak early this morning. While I knew no one would be up, Mr. Jones answered via message around 0730 to inquire about my issue. He called an hour later to get more details, provided an initial prognosis over the phone, and gave me initial pricing without parts, with the understanding that if more is discovered it could change. I agreed to his service. Mr. Jones is very knowledgeable, was willing to provide advice on maintenance, even suggested new home warranty companies as we were researching to change. “Mr. Jones is truly worthy of the overwhelming 5 star reviews provided by everyone. He is a true professional who cares deeply about his clients and goes above and beyond in customer service. Our LG refrigerator/freezer wasn't working and was diagnosed by another technician to have a compressor issue. Since that technician doesn't replace compressor, I reached out to Chris who explained everything clearly over the phone. He offered to come and check the refrigerator to make sure there isn't anything else wrong. He waived the diagnostics fee. He communicated clearly and answered all our questions. He liaised with LG to get a replacement compressor. He drove all the way from Manassas, VA to Columbia, MD on a weekday evening in peak traffic and amidst T-storms to do the job out of sheer care and concern for us since we were without a functioning refrigerator for 4 days and he didn't want us to suffer more. While repairing, he found out several other issues which he fixed and spent additional time & effort on it. Another thing we learnt was that he was prepared with a new motherboard in case the new compressor wasn't compatible with the old motherboard. And that really helped. Not only was Chris able to fully fix our refrigerator/freezer, he was also very kind & personable, and his charges were very reasonable. In fact, he reduced his charges from what he had originally quoted due to the trouble we had to go through (which was due to no fault of his whatsoever). We were genuinely touched by his gesture. We tipped him well and really appreciated his professionalism and customer service. We would highly recommend him for all appliance repairs and would hire him again in a heartbeat.
